Isabel walks beside you—
not to lead, but to honor what is sacred and
remind you that even in tender thresholds, you are not alone.

Isabel’s Story

Isabel offers heart-centered care for those moving through life’s thresholds. Her journey into death care began at the age of eight, when she witnessed her grandfather’s final days at home, surrounded by love and care. She remembers quietly witnessing spirits in the room, tending to him—her first glimpse into the sacred, unseen world that accompanies death. Years later, she watched her best friend navigate the sudden death of her mother with little support, forced to set aside her grief to manage the logistics of death. Witnessing the absence of support and space to mourn, sparked a deep calling in Isabel to learn how to tend to both the dying and the bereaved with compassion and presence. Her own near-death experiences deepened this devotion, guiding her to offer a path rooted in warmth, reverence, and holistic care.

Through Wild Willow Alchemy Isabel brings ancestral wisdom and intuitive presence to her death care work, honoring the sacred transition between life and death with grounded, earth-rooted support. Her work is guided by ancestral wisdom, deep listening, and a calling to ensure that no one feels alone at the edge of life or in the depths of grief.

Isabe'l’s Death Doula education has been shaped by courses with The Deathwives, the International End-of-Life Doula Movement (IDLM), and A Sacred Passing. Alongside these trainings, she has devoted countless hours to research and personal study, guided by a deep calling to the death threshold. Her approach is also informed by lived experiences—witnessing the passing of loved ones and integrating the profound teachings from my own near-death experiences. She regularly volunteers with Abode Hospice, offering Reiki and companionship.
